Once your order is placed, our team of chocolatiers go to work to make your custom order. Upon receipt of your order, our average turnaround time is 10 to 14 days.

We closely monitor the weather and take appropriate measures to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.

If your order requires ice, we provide food grade approved ice packs and absorb all costs.
